GT Machine & Tool is an AS9100 & ISO 9001 certified company that has been machining precision parts in New York City for over 75 years. A third generation machine shop that prides itself on quality and on-time delivery at a competitive price. GT has served and continues to serve many industries including Aerospace, Medical and various other commercial products. GT is versatile in its capabilities with Vertical & Horizontal Milling, Turning and Swiss Turning CNC machines.
Currently with 19 CNC machines GT is equipped to manufacture large production runs and also short prototype runs. GT machines a wide variety of materials such as Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steels, Brass, Copper, Bronze, Titanium, Alloy Steels, & Plastics to name a few.
GT’s core competency is machining parts from .375″ diameter up to 10.00″ diameter on the Lathes and can mill parts within an envelope of 30″ x 60″ travel on the Milling Centers. GT uses the latest inspection equipment and CAD/CAM software to ensure your parts are programmed properly and inspected after production to the high quality industry standards. CNC Milling
9 CNC Milling machines with capacity to machine 30″ X 60″ pieces using up to 25 horsepower. Ideal for complex parts and large production runs.
CNC Lathe
10 CNC turning centers with automatic bar feeders (up to 4″ diameter) and chucking capacity up to 15 inches. Specializing in precision turned parts.
